Short Term Disability Insurance

Eligibility: Short Term - Effective on the first of the month following your date of hire.

Provider: Metropolitan Life Insurance

Premium: KDA CONSULTING pays 100% of the employee’s premium.

401 K

Eligibility: First of the month following date of hire of employment.

Provider: Merrill Lynch

Premium: KDA CONSULTING matches 100% for the first 10% of the employees’ salary. Increasing to 10% starting 1/1/2024.

Paid Time Off

Accrue up to 5 weeks of paid time off annually.

Employee Referral

$5,000 per referral after 180 days of employment at KDA Consulting.
